I coined the phrase live life below the shoulders - or in Latin,

“Vivere Vita Sub Umeris” - when I needed to hear it most

A time when my head was whirring

Constantly analyzing the purpose in everything

What am I meant to do?

What is the point of it all?

What's next? & Who am I?

I thought I could conceptualize my way to a fulfilled life

But I have found it to be impossible

A fulfilled life needs to be felt

A fulfilled life needs to be lived

And you can't do that from the comfort of your own brain

Sub Umeris means returning to your body

It means returning to your “self”

And it’s a reminder of the magic that follows
